She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Darren Schmautz; her grandparents, Charles, Grace Watson, Carl and Martha Kern; and her uncle Ed Kern.
She is survived by: her parents, Herb Kern and Noreen Kern; her siblings, Dan and Kathy Schmautz; her nieces, Haylee and Madison Schmautz; her aunts, Lilly Rosentreter and Shirley Watson; and her uncle Ron.
