He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth and Sedor; and his siblings, Lena Gaber, Mary Venn, Valerie Buleziuk, Steve, William, George, James and John.

He is survived by: his children, Shireen and Shauna; his sisters, Audrey Honstein (Ken) and Sylvia Lundie; his brothers-in-law, Tim Kitkowski (Donna) and Lloyd Kincaid; and his friend Ron Schoenberger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A private service will be held, with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date for extended family, once the pandemic has passed.
