She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Simard and Mary Jane Simard; her grandparents, Margaret, Louis Simard and George Bushie; her siblings, Larry (Elaine), Rudy (Geri), Darlene and Freeman; her sister-in-law Jean Christy; and her aunts and uncles, Val Monique (Peter), Linda Bushie, Gladys, Bradley Bushie and Charlie Kovari.

She is survived by: her siblings, Charles (Marilyn), Leon, Reginald (MJ McCarron), Laver, Rhonda Hardisty (Brent), Amanda (Jerry Parsons) and Sandra Simard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
