He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Roulette and Maggie Roulette; and his siblings, James "Chico" Mousseau, Mildred Roulette, Henry Roulette, Dennis Roulette, Sylvia Blagden, Marcel Roulette, Andrew Roulette and Baby Pernell Flett Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Brian Roulette; and his children, George (Megan), Wally (Patricia), Shelly (Shane), Travis (Destiny) and Megan. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren along with numerous extended family members and friends.
