Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Peter J. Kroeker. She is survived by: her children, Darryl Kroeker (Stephanie Waggoner), Bernice Giesbrecht (Ed) and Michelle Falk (Jim). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 sister, and 4 brothers.
Viewing will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home Altona Ltd. (216 Centre Ave E, Altona, MB R0G). A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Altona Cemetery (6147 MB-30, Altona, MB R0G0B0). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bergthaler Mennonite Church (117 2nd St NW, Altona, MB R0G0B1).
