He is survived by: his wife Lori Johnson; his children, Opel Fulks (Dylan) and Benjamin Johnson (Breanne); his grandchildren, Jessie, Maren Fulks, Ellie and Beau Johnson; and his siblings, Richard Johnson, Sheila Johnson and Kathy Andrew (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
