He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wiebe and Sara Wiebe; and his siblings, Sara, Henry, Jake and Cornie.
He is survived by: his wife Sara (Sadie); his children, Ernie (Vivian), Linda (Peter Schulz), Tilly (Jake Hiebert), Gladys (Jim Wiebe), Lois (John Penner), Sandra (Bevan Wiebe) and Harvey (Connie); and his siblings, Anne (Henry Schellenberg), John and Abe (Martha). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Peter may be made to Roseau River Bible Camp.
