He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Toews; his daughter Verna; and his son-in-law Abe Fehr. He is survived by: his children, Albert (Evelyn), Ron (Pauline), Leona (John), Jenice (Brian), Grace (Don), Melvin (Peggy), Alfred (Cyndie) and Connie. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
