He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Neufeld and Elizabeth Neufeld. He is survived by: his wife Helen; and his sons, Henry Neufeld (Alana), Billy Neufeld (Sindy), Peter Neufeld (Kimberly) and John Neufeld (Amanda). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 4 brothers.
