In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Margareta leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Margareta may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. K. and Maria Klassen. She is survived by: her husband Peter Martens; her children, Danny Martens and Maggie Fehr (Dwight); her grandchildren, Luke Fehr (Kara) and Shelby Fehr; and her siblings, Helen Hiebert and George Klassen (Marge). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home Altona Ltd. (216 Centre Ave E, Altona, MB R0G). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Altona Sommerfeld Mennonite Church (62 10 Ave NE, Altona, MB R0G0B1).
