She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Thiessen. She is survived by: her children, Linda Dueck (Jake), Dave Thiessen (Ruth), Dan Thiessen (Elsie), Marianne Heppner (Henry) and Laura Dueck (Brad). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
