Katharina Toews Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2024, at the age of 100, Katharina Toews in Altona, Manitoba passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Katharina leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Toews (Benjamin); and her parents, Cornelius Dueck and Katharina Dueck. She is survived by: her children, Karlene Gartshore (Stephen) and Robert Toews (Marie); her granddaughter Kristina Moseley (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Brenden, Ethan and Lucas.

Viewing was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home Altona Ltd. (216 Centre Ave E, Altona, MB R0G).
