It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Loewen (Altona, Manitoba), born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Hiebert and Lawrence Hiebert; and her brother John Hiebert. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Loewen of Altona; her children, Lonny Peters Loewen (Juanita) and Krista Loewen; her grandchildren, Nahla and Matai Peters Loewen; and her brother Henry Hiebert (Margaret) of Winkler.
