He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Dyck and Maria Dyck. He is survived by: his wife Anne Dyck; and his children, Steve Dyck (Tracey), Rob Dyck (Tina) and Connie Wiebe (Harvey). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
Donations in memory of Jake may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or to the Kidney Foundation.
