She was predeceased by: her daughter Verna; and her son-in-law Abe Fehr. She is survived by: her husband Peter H. Toews; and her children, Albert Toews (Evelyn), Ron Toews (Pauline), Leona Bergen (John), Janice Willcocks (Brian), Grace Fehr (Don), Mel Toews (Peggy), Alfred Toews (Cyndie) and Connie Toews. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, 6 sisters and 2 brothers.
