Gary Alan Leigh Obituary

Gary Alan Leigh Jan.15, 1957- April 26, 2019- With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Gary Alan Leigh. Gary grew up in North Vancouver and attended Brooksbank, Sutherland and Argyle School. Gary played in a band with Bryan Adams in his teenage years. He lived in various cities in British Columbia until he settled in Williams Lake for the past 20 years. Gary was predeceased by his parents Alan and Arlene Leigh and brother Marty Leigh. He leaves behind his sister Vicki Marlatt (Paul) from Squamish, Rick Leigh (Theresa) from Maple Ridge, and Dan Leigh (Athena) from Langley, cousins Brian/Debbie Leigh (Langley) and Adrienne/Don Kennedy (Qualicum beach). Gary also leaves behind his nieces Kristin Leigh (Harper), Courtney Jerry (Jesse, Cameron, Josephine, James), Kelsey Leigh, Chelsi Leigh, Kaitlin Leigh, Reanne Penolio and family and his nephews Shaun Marlatt (Ann), Brandon Marlatt (Melanie, Tanner) and Kevin Leigh. Gary had a special bond with Tanner Marlatt and Nicole Leigh and loved his time with them. Gary loved his family and kept in touch daily with them, his friends in Willaims lake, his clients for his window cleaning business in Williams lake and Squamish when he would visit. He was a kind soul and we will miss him dearly. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the B.C. Schizophrenia Society.
