He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wiggins and Mary Wiggins; and his siblings, Garnet Wiggins and Alva Ford. He is survived by: his children, Heidi Redl (Tom) and Barbara Koch (Darren); and his grandchildren, Ben, Sam, Lexie, Erin and Kayla.
