For Merrill Edmund is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Muttart and Merrill Muttart. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Yang (Xiao Ling).

Ed donated property and helped to establish and run the Sylvan Lake Baha'i Center in Alberta for decades, where countless children and adults learned spiritual-based concepts for living lives that contribute to humanity.
