He was predeceased by: his brothers, William, Harvey and Victor. He is survived by: his spouse Kate (Truffyn); his children, Lana Arndt, Lori Arndt (Lorrie) and Richard; his grandchildren, Cameron and Jaclyn Arndt; and his sister Irene Pearson (Bert).
In lieu of flowers, friends may wish to make donations in recognition of Hector to St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, Vancouver.
