He is survived by: his wife Francoise (Frances); his children, Piet (Ann), Bruno (Magda), Sophie (William) and Sylvie (Derek); his grandchildren, Alexander (Chelsea), Cedric, Astrid, Lauriane, Luke and Christopher; and his great grandchild Reese.
