He is survived by: his significant other Mirbie (Miriam); his daughters, Mirka Garland (Dave), Robyn (Justin Faraone), Rebecca, Tessa and Kathryn Cerny; his cousins, Zdenka, Jana, Jarda, Marcela (Czech Republic), Heidi, Ralf and Lena (Germany); his dearest Czech (George); and his son-in-law Justin.
