“Dr. Jakubowski was my my doctor for over twenty years. He helped not only my heart, but other health issues I had. He also gave me good life advice and was one of most caring doctors I have been fortunate to meet. I loved to see him at my checkup. I had recently asked him when he was going to retire and he told me that he still had the capacity for helping people. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing and I pray that his family are comforted during this difficult time. May God bless them.”

“I was a patient of Dr. Jakubowski for 10 years. He was my favorite Doctor. I could always talk to him and get my questions answered in layman's terms he never talked down to me. He cared deeply about his patients. something that is lacking in today's medical profession. He really did save my life by knowing I had something else wrong with me. He sent me to another specialist. I will truly miss him as the rest of Richmond. Rest in Peace, my friend.”
