We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Violet Rae (Curtis) Thornton (Victoria, British Columbia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Grace, Edna, Vera, Barb, Kathy, Ted, Fred and Rae.
She is survived by: her husband Lorne; her brother Alan; and her children, Debbie (Greg), Donna (Gary), Russ (Angela), Diana and Rick (Jodie). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Special thanks to the staff at the Gorge Road Hospital who looked after Vi during the last 15 months of her life, the last nine months of which were particularly difficult due to the restrictions of the pandemic.
