He was predeceased by: his father Herb Lewis; and his grandparents, Cliff, Pauline Lewis, Howard and Vivian Mader.
He is survived by: his cousin Nathan; his mother Linda Lewis; his siblings, Shane Lewis (Tiffany) and Stefanie Kretschmer (Joshua); and his nephews, Brody, Gabriel, Lincoln, Anthony and Oliver. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
