He was predeceased by: his brother Ron. He is survived by: his wife Susanne; his children, Stephen (Cheryl) and Theressa (Paul); his grandchildren, Averi (Bailey), Madisen (Ty), Joshua and Kyle; and his close friend Ben. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
