She was predeceased by: her husband Denis George Stevenson (Steve); and her parents, Albert Stead and Margaret Stead. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Thiessen (late Jake), Michael Stevenson (Linda) and Ray Stevenson (Olymbia); her grandchildren, Katrina and Whitney Cote (David); her great grandchildren, Milos, Nico and Theo Cote; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Stevenson (Joanne) and Paula Francis (late Ted). She is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
