It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wayne Gillam in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Richard developed a deep passion for woodworking after retirement and survived COVID lockdown doing hours of jigsaw puzzles.
