He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Meléndez and Noemi Duke; his wife Teresa; and his brother Maurice. He is survived by: his children, Anthony (Shinder), Marie, David, Michael and Arelí (Craig); and his grandsons, Trevor, Nicholas, Benjamin and William. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren, he will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
