She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph W. Polakovich; and her parents, Walter Lahuta and Pauline Lahuta (Cesanek). She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Lilly of Lehighton, Paula Polakovich (Matt Bernhard) of Bath, Alicia (Sean Deppe) of Slatington and Krista; her father-in-law Stephen Jones of Bethlehem; her son Joseph W. Polakovich (Jennifer Wargo) of Lehighton; her grandchildren, Janelle, Tyler, Payton, Natalie and Harrison; and her great grandchild Olivia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Schisler Funeral Home (2119 Washington Ave, Northampton, PA 18067). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
