It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lia Shoshanah Rusch in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Alicia Shively and Gilbert Wilkes; her stepfather David Shively; and her brother Oran Wilkes.
