He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis and Ruby Francis. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Berdena Payne (Jeff) and Roger (Michelle); his grandchildren, Joel (Megan), Jonathan (Marie) and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Jack, Ruby and Jude; his siblings, Jim (Lorraine), Barry, Lily Rogers (Tom), Hazel Douglas (Fred) and Berdena Mullins; and his close friend Bill Snow.
