He was predeceased by: his parents, James Duggan and Gladys Duggan; his grandmother Gertrude Livingston; and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his wife Daphne; his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Nicola; his daughter Lisa; his granddaughters, Ashley, Anita and Evangeline; his stepsons, Jordan (Amaya) and Jay (Melissa); and his grandsons, Jaden and Jax.
In addition to inspiring and mentoring many students throughout his teaching career, Graham was once a volunteer for CNIB, B.C. Cancer Foundation,, St. Andrews School Board, and RBCM. In keeping with his lifetime of always giving; in lieu of flowers or cards, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or B.C. Cancer would be deeply appreciated.
