He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Jenkevice McQuade; his parents, Catherine McHugh McQuade and Michael McQuade of Montréal; and his sister Ann Mary McQuade Mitchell of Nokesville, Virginia.. He is survived by: his children, Colleen (Ahmed), Jim and Kelly; his grandchildren, Casey, Brody (Maxie), Megan, Miko (Cherysse), Gabo (Bunny) and Raya (Zack); his great grandchildren, Max, Cameron and Isla; his siblings-in-law, Norma, Vivian, Huguette and Alan; his nieces and nephews, Catherine, Kim, Karen, Holly, Marianne, Michael, Nils, Hans and Erik; and his cousins, Una, Della, Tom, Patrick, Jim, Michael, Olive and England.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens (4665 Falaise Dr, Victoria, BC V8Y1B4).
