She was predeceased by: her significant other Kenneth Wilbur Heslop; her parents, John Graves and Aggie Graves; her son Kelly (Cathy); and her siblings, Iva Groom and Roy.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken (Abbie), Mark, Kevin and Brad; her grandchildren, Mark, Tyler, Mac, Kevin, Carlee, Bradley, Bill and Peter Fitzpatrick (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Leyla of London and Dylan Fitzpatrick of London; her sister June Dewhirst; and also Lisa.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westview Funeral Chapel (709 Wonderland Rd, London, ON N6H). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family is requesting that no flowers be sent. In lieu of flowers. donations in memory of Fern may be made to PEO Sisterhood, Chapter M.
