Ellen F. Hallen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2023, Ellen F. Hallen of Victoria, British Columbia, born in Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carle G. Hallen, Jr.; her children, Carle G. Hallen, III and Kim Hallen; her brother Peter Fasciglione; and her friend Pasquale Gagliardi.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey D. Hallen (Wendy); her grandchildren, Julie Hallen, Mary-Kate Hallen and Emily Hallen; and her siblings, John Fasciglione (Sue), Eunice Hamm and Florence Reilly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
It is asked that since Ellen was a breast cancer survivor of many years, that those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1 Penny Lane, Latham, NY 12110, in memory of Ellen F. Hallen to assist those in their battle with cancer in general.
