With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth De Costa in Victoria, British Columbia, born in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, who passed away on December 28, 2020 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her former husband Philip; her brother Alfred; her sister-in-law Betty; and her sister Irene. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne (Dan), Esther, Cory (Rod) and Barry (Mary); her brother George (Florence); and her husband Phil. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
