He is survived by: his wife Donna Campbell (Gilchrist); his siblings, Bev Abbott (Jim), Joanne Godden and Stephen (Waverley); and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Adams (Jim), Dorothy and Karen. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
