It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Lynne Poole in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bucholtz and Agnes Bucholtz (Laekeman); her parents-in-law, Grace and Edward Poole; and her sister-in-law Linda Rosehart (Poole).
She is survived by: her child Jen (Dave); her grandchildren, Lucas, Aidan and Heather (Derrick); her great grandchildren, Jacob and Bennett; her siblings, Ronald Bucholtz and Deb VanDeByl (Bucholtz); her siblings-in-law, Alan Poole (MariAnn) and Mary Caron (Larry Small); and also Jim. She is also survived by mom and nana to her children and grandchildren, Donna lived for her family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Arn-Lockie Funeral Home (45 Main St W, Norwich, ON N0J1P0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 190 (55 Stover St S, Norwich, ON N0J1P0).
Donations in memory of Donna, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the VON-Sakura House.
