He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Mashiniski and Delbert Alderson Bulmer; and his brothers, Garnet and James. He is survived by: his siblings, Helen, David, Danny and Donny (Pat); his children, Albert, James and Kelly; his granddaughter Athena; and his daughters-in-law, Monica and Lyn.
The service will be a private family affair so in lieu of flowers, donations to the Victoria Hospitals Foundation would be most appreciated as they provided excellent support and care to him in his final days.
