He was predeceased by: his parents, Lou and June; and his brother Daryl. He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane Cameron; his girlfriend's children, Cheryl and Kelly; his daughters, Jacquelyn and Jeannine; and his grandchildren, Chai, Maeve, Matsya and Dala.
