She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred; her parents, John Slade and Vera Slade; her brothers, Murdock Slade (Bernice) and Hubert Slade (Ada); and her brother-in-law William Snow (Louise).
She is survived by: her son Byron (Alison); her grandchildren, Caleb and Kyra; her siblings, Harold Slade (Joyce), Erwin Slade (Brenda) and Sandra Ralph (Charlie); and her sister-in-law Audrey Curnew (late Allan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
