He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Frederick Smith and Doris Lavinia. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Lisa Ogden (Stephen) and Steven (Vanya); and his grandson Owen. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
