It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alex Balinski (Victoria, British Columbia), who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine; his brother John Balinski (Ingrid); his sister-in-law Joanne Brogden; and his sister Liz Fisk (Dave).
