It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Francis Baldwin (Vernon, British Columbia), born in Pouch Cove, Newfoundland, who passed away on December 7, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baldwin and Ruby Baldwin; and his parents-in-law, Maurice and Maud Evans. He is survived by: his wife Judy (Evans); his children, Denise O'Quinn (Juan), Jaynee Keating (Brad) and Peter Baldwin (Leah); his grandchildren, Jacob, Emily O'Quinn, Isabella, Jack Keating, Sadie and Kai Baldwin; his brothers, Harvey Baldwin (Lorraine) and Randy Baldwin (Patricia); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Stewart, Irene Black, Lynn Murray, Jayne Holwell, Leanne Hotte, Chris Evans, Mike Evans, Greg Evans and Brian Evans. He is also survived by wives, along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members & friends.
