With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera Jane Short (Vernon, British Columbia), who passed away on July 22, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Harold Short; and her son Leonard A. Short. She is survived by: her children, Vernon S. Short, Marilyn Mounsey (Roger) and Raymond D. Short (Teri); her daughter-in-law Heather Short; her brother-in-law Earl Short (Joan); her granddaughters, Adina Mounsey, Alanna Mounsey, Shawna Mounsey, Allison Short, Jamie Short, Erin Short and Cate Short; and her friend Gemma Vidal. She is also survived by her friends at the Shores Residence. Mom and dad.
