It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shaylan Christine Foster (Vernon, British Columbia), born in Richmond, British Columbia, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Cory Quigley and Caroline Kalsbeek; her sisters, Amanda, Violet and Ivy Quigley; and also Kaiden Black.

Due to Covid restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
