He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Louisa; his brothers, Frank and Gordon; and his son Ken (Arlene).

He is survived by: his children, Michelle (Dennis), Barbara (Peter), Kevin (Jackie) and Debbie (Alan); and his grandchildren, Lisa, Scott, Jill, Kevin, Brittney, Christopher, Stephanie, Kendra, Breanne and Jordan. He is also survived by his great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
