He was predeceased by: his parents, Cynthia Mountenay and John Mountenay; his wife Rose; and his brothers, Donald and Raymond.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Donna Mountenay and Svea Mountenay; his nephew Trent Mountenay (Helga); and his sister Joyce Orton. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
