He was predeceased by: his brothers, Peter Cornils and Jens Cornils. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Cornils of Calgary; his daughter Corrina Sullivan (Barry) of Calgary; his grandchildren, Ryan of Calgary and Katelyn of Calgary; and his siblings, Uwe Cornils (Freda) of Langley and Cornelia Miller (Michael) of Germany. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
