He is survived by: his wife Jane Wakefield-Flint; his sister Carol Koepler; his children, Dana Flint, Susan Flint, Jennifer Ko and Matthew Wakefield; his children-in-law, Lin Bao and Nick Ko; and his grandsons, Brennan and Markus Ko.
